Adam Rudnicki

Lead Frontend EngineerGdańsk, Poland

I've spent a lot of years inside other people's products. A design tool where thousands of people drag layers around. An accounting product halfway from Ember to React. A portal for people filing disability claims.

What they share is not a stack. It's that a lot of teams, and a lot of users, depend on the interface holding up. If the person on the other side might be on a screen reader, accessibility is not a later pass. If three products need the same flow, someone has to own the shared version.

When I'm not doing that, I'm fishing, cooking, or playing guitar.

Career Timeline

  1. Trajector

    Disability Benefits
    1. Lead Frontend EngineerFeb 2025 - Present

      • Secure multi-step form patterns designed for handling sensitive user data at scale
      • Visual regression testing across the shared architecture, so a spacing drift shows up as a screenshot diff instead of a debate
      • Frontend Working Groups as a regular forum for architecture, tooling, and shared conventions across distributed teams
      • Moved the design system from sole ownership to team-contributed: reviewing API designs, coaching contributors, and staying in sync with design so the standard holds without a single owner building every component
